Before we get into the topics we will be discussing in our webinar series, we wanted to discuss the reason we decided to put these webinars on. A few months ago my step-mom decided to join the Team In Training in their efforts to complete a half marathon. The marathon is not only to push my step-mom to her physical limit but it is also designed to raise awareness and money for a great organization. All of the funds she raises as a member of the TNT Team will go to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). In discussing fund-raising opportunities we came up with the idea to put on a webinar series to raise money for LLS.
So... what is this series about?
It is a 4-week webinar series (beginning on September 10th) built around leveraging the many social media sites to grow your business. We use social media in our business and have had great success with it...so we decided to bring it to you! Here are the topics we will discuss...
September 17 - "Are You Social- An Overview of Social Media and What it Can Do for Our Business"
Social Media is a term that is repeatedly but "social media" goes beyond just Facebook and Twitter.
